In order to enhance the team cohesion of the company’s staff, improve work efficiency and enthusiasm, promote the teamwork ability of staff among departments, Cape-Golden organized a team building activity in the Olympic Forest Company on November 13, 2020.
Through the outdoor activities, it enhances the staff’s sense of responsibility, strengthen the interaction between staff, the relationship between the colleague becomes much more close, providing a solid foundation for the company’s culture construction.
